COVID secure first aid training

COVID secure first aid training

Covid secure first aid training is in direct accordance with Warwickshire First Aid Training Ltd Health & Safety policy.

At all times we will ensure that we provide adequate control of all the Health & Safety risks from our working activities both for staff colleagues and our delegates during this COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 has been with us for nearly a year already (at time of writing) and is an unknown how long this will go on for.

Keeping you safe

Since the end of lockdown one, we have had a covid secure policy in place to ensure all of our delegates who attend first aid training are kept as safe as possible.

All of our open course venues are regularly checked to ensure they meet our strict ‘COVID-19 Face 2 Face (update) requirements and also to check on our venues COVID policy.

On the training day, our first aid trainer will carry out a strict check to ensure it is safe for our delegates before they arrive at the venue.

Each delegate also gets a COVID SAFE TRAINING (NEW) so they understand what will happen throughout their training days with us and the measures we have in place for keeping them covid secure.

All delegates get their own training manakin issued to them for the day, they also get their own delegate training pack with everything they need during their training with us in a resealable bag.

Following guidance

We constantly review professional guidance from HSE, UK Resuscitation Council, QNUK (our awarding organisation) and First Aid Awarding Organisation Forum, to ensure we are compliant and to keep you and us safe a possible.

At Warwickshire First Aid Training we do everything we possibly can to keep everyone safe and all governmental guidance is acted upon swiftly and put into effect.
